One of the highlights of a visit to Nepal is soaking in the magnificent dawn views of the world’s greatest mountain range. Nagarkot, outside Kathmandu is a classic viewpoint. Sarangkot, near Pokhara, is also an excellent alternative. But the Himalayas are never far away wherever you are in Nepal. Spectacular views can often spring up unexpectedly, when the skies are clear, and the light is perfect, the magic is palpable.
