Rofikul lives in Kaziranga adjoining the Kaziranga National Park. A very dedicated birder from an early age, he has lead many birdwatching groups.
Rofikul is a genial and natural tour leader, and birders at times find it hard to keep up with him when he is out birding in full-swing.
Rofikul is always busy, but manages to find time to help the conservation community by monitoring birds like Blue-naped Pitta, or assisting in conservation workshops.
