Halloowella is located in the quiet hills of Hatton, just 16km from Castlereagh Reservoir and surrounded by tea estates and the incredible Pekoe Trail. The property is approximately 136km from the Bandaranaike International Airport and 146km from Colombo. It is accessible via helicopter or a scenic journey by road.

SUITES
The elegant suites at Halloowella, ranging from 400 sqft to 800 sqft, are pure old-world sophistication with all the creature comforts that Uga is known for. The spacious 2-acre property accommodates just six glorious suites, featuring design cues taken from the property’s colonial history combined with ultra-modern amenities.

Each of these well-appointed suites offered on all-inclusive basis contains a gorgeous four-poster bed and living area opening out onto spectacular views and expansive lawns. The luxurious ensuite bathrooms feature freestanding claw-foot bathtubs, walk-in showers and his and hers vanities.

THE LANE SUITES (958 -843 sqft)
The Lane Suites pay homage to the original owners of the bungalow, Major Elton and Violet Lane. The spacious suites contain a large living room, a gorgeous four-poster bed, and a wood-burning fireplace perfect for chilly evenings in the highlands. The airy ensuite bathrooms feature ornate claw-foot bathtubs placed just right to enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the hill country.

THE PEKOE SUITES (439 -398 sqft)
Named after the world-famous Pekoe Trail that winds its way around the property, the charming Pekoe Suites offer gorgeous views, four-poster beds, ornate furnishings, luxurious claw-foot bathtubs perfect for relaxation, and large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding lush greenery.

THE PLANTER’S SUITES (444 -416 sqft)
Named after the many talented planters who have worked on the Halloowella estate over the years, the well-appointed Planter’s Suites offer serene garden views and a cosy ambiance filled with soft, plush furnishings with all the creature comforts Uga is known for.
